CNG RETREAT

What a beautiful time to wrap our arms around those that we have been supporting virtually! To laugh together, cry together, heal together and grow together.

There is no bond like the bond between survivors of abuse. The connection we have with each runs as deep as the wounds we share. The healing power we can share with each other is life-changing!

We will be studying the book It’s Not You by Dr. Ramani.

Retreat cost includes:

Lodging and food for Thursday evening through Monday morning (Lodging arrangements are twin beds or queen size beds with 2-6 people per room)

All activities at the retreat begin Friday morning and end Sunday evening (Activities include: group book club with handouts and open discussion, self-defense course, outdoor walks, celebration party described below)

Celebration party making up for all the ruined holidays and special occasions we have experienced in life and celebrating who we are now

Does NOT include transportation to and from the event

Optional: We will do our best to accommodate transportation to and from the airport in Nashville, TN (for a small additional charge to cover gas)
